We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Ritter Communications. As a leading telecommunications provider in the Mid-South, we offer a range of services, including broadband fiber, telecom, video, cloud, and data center services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical finance skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement relationships. You will work closely with various teams, supporting multiple functional areas across the organization.

  • Evaluate business scenarios, providing detailed analytical support for capital projects and new business opportunities;
  • Analyze financial performance, recognizing opportunities and concerns, and consulting with team members to develop alternatives;
  • Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes, including:
    • Developing budget models and templates;
    • Creating labor and benefits projections;
    • Reviewing and explaining budget submissions;
  • Administer Adaptive Planning software, supporting the organization as a subject matter expert;
  • Identify and implement process improvements for FP&A and related processes;
  • Prepare and publish monthly metric reports, including capital spending and operational measurement reports;
  • Assist in drafting budget presentations and result communications;
  • Monitor and report actual results against budget and forecast, explaining key variances;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
