About the Role:
The Branch Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to new employees at our U.S. facilities. This includes core operational training and initial and refresher functional training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver core training for new employees.
  • Conduct initial and refresher functional training for hourly employees.
  • Monitor LIFE (Learning in Field Experience) to ensure compliance with established training policies and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience working with computer software/systems.
  • 1 year of field/operations-related industry or training experience.
  • 1 year of experience in safety training.
