Position Overview
As the inaugural assembly technician in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the team and processes from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced individual who can swiftly adapt to our operations.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Follow assembly instructions meticulously and leverage your expertise in constructing our robots and evaluating mobile robotic systems and their components.
  • Collaborate closely with our mechanical and electrical engineering teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our robotic systems.
  • Engage in the assembly of mechanical and electrical components in accordance with documentation and engineering specifications.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Provide constructive feedback and update internal technical documentation as necessary.
  • Perform additional technical tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A technical school diploma or a minimum of two years of experience in basic electrical or mechanical assembly.
  • Proficiency in using electrical instruments and mechanical tools.
  • The ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong prototyping skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • A thorough and analytical mindset for addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical circuits.
  • Experience with wire harnessing.

Tools and Technologies
Familiarity with the following tools is advantageous:

  • Python

  • C++
