RN - Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families during the labor and delivery process.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients during labor and delivery, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
- Assist with cesarean sections and other surgical procedures as needed.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
