Millwork Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our team at TABER Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the architectural millwork industry and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely proposals for custom millwork projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive millwork project estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Complete detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all phases of millwork construction.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive millwork project estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate in project hand off meetings to ensure a smooth handover to the project management team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in estimating custom millwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of millwork materials, methods, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with estimating software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
