Nail Technician

The MGM Resorts International is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at the Mandalay Bay Spa and Salon.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is eager to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling relaxed and pampered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate premium guest experiences through personalized service and product recommendations
• Ensure alignment with departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform various nail services, meeting guests' requests and working within allotted timeframes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
• Report opportunities for improvement to leadership and address guest complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Nevada-issued Cosmetology license currently held
• Nevada-issued nail technician license currently held or obtainable
• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Handlers Card, currently held or obtainable
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
