We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team at Franchino Mold & Engineering. As a Mold Maker, you will be responsible for the full assembly, repair, and maintenance of dies/molds, inserts, and components.

• Work from plans, diagrams, and specifications to perform a group of related and unrelated operations to manufacture a completed product or component.
• Analyze specifications, lay out metal stock, set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Study blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of assembling molds and dies.
• Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify molds and dies using machine tools and hand tools.
• Operate all manual shop equipment and have all personal tools required to perform job duties.

• General computer knowledge (Express Review, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Overall knowledge of CNC machining/programming
• Good attitude, self-motivated, able to meet planned time lines, and dedicated to continuous improvement

We are open to candidates with various levels of experience. First/Second shifts available.
