We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen and dining areas.

• Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, and cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
• Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Adhere to standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
