About the Role
This Front End Team Member will be responsible for maintaining a positive and efficient shopping experience for our members. As a representative of Sam's Club, you will embody our commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
* Run registers and process member purchases efficiently and accurately
* Support members through the self-checkout experience, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
* Maintain a clean, organized, and member-friendly shopping environment
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members alike
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $38,160*, based on an hourly wage of $18.35*. Additional compensation includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
