Dishroom Sanitizer

The Pearl at Five Forks is a reputable dining establishment seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Sanitizer to join their team.

Shift Details:

• Part-time position, Monday through Friday
• Every other weekend required

The successful candidate will report directly to the Food and Beverage Director.

The primary responsibility of the Dishroom Sanitizer is to maintain a clean and sanitary dishroom environment. This includes, but is not limited to, washing dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as cleaning equipment and storage areas.

Additionally, the Dishroom Sanitizer will be responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food safety and handling.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

• Ware Washing: Operating dish machines according to food safety standards
• Set-up and Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom area
• Cleaning Equipment: Cleaning large and small production equipment, including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of job-related experience. Compensation details: $14-$16 hourly wage.
