Working Hours: 13 hours (2 days over 7)

Location: Basingstoke

Atalian Servest is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  2. Manage inventory of stock and order raw materials to minimize waste and optimize budgets.
  3. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
  4. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A real passion for food and service, with the ability to prepare and cook good quality seasonal food
