Daytime Caregiver Position

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team as a daytime floater for home health aide services. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with dementia, hospice, and other complex needs
  • Cover shifts on Sundays through Wednesdays, Wednesdays through Saturdays, or Fridays through Sundays
  • Travel between client homes, using your vehicle (driving history check, proof of insurance, valid Massachusetts driver's license, and vehicle registration required)

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime
  • Experience working with people with dementia, hospice, and other complex needs
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maintain a safe work environment

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
