Key Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician 3, your role will involve performing preventative and on-demand maintenance on electrical motors, material handling apparatus, propane torches, man-lifts, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, grinders, electrical testing devices, and ladders, as well as lift equipment jacks, chargers, and batteries. You will also be responsible for general building maintenance, conveyor upkeep, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other tasks as assigned. You will assist in conveying instructions from supervisors to fellow technicians and assistants.
In this position, you will apply your robust technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, energy management, hydraulics, material handling equipment, and conveyor systems to ensure the Fulfillment Center operates seamlessly across all shifts.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatics, including the ability to read blueprints/schematics and troubleshoot complex automated electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing electrical/electronic issues to repair motor control and lighting systems, with experience working with high voltages (up to 480VAC) and low voltage DC electrical systems.
- Capability to utilize vendor manuals and procedures for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Willingness to be trained and certified to operate power material handling equipment, such as Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.
- A collaborative approach with colleagues and clients to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Quick adaptation to safety procedures and commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment with varying seasonal temperatures.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screening as legally permissible.
- Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift as required by business needs.
- Capability to work at heights of up to 60 feet or more as necessary.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull merchandise weighing between 70 and 100 pounds manually.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in trade school.
