Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and other communal areas. Perform deep cleaning in assigned sections of the hotel and prepare meeting rooms for functions.
  • Greet guests warmly in all public areas and respond promptly to requests for housekeeping items from the Front Desk or Supervisor.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and reporting safety hazards to your Department Supervisor.
  • Manage keys issued for your duties and return them at the end of your shift.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Must be capable of handling high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with safe cleaning practices and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry loads of at least 25 pounds and navigate tight spaces.
