Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist Role

About the Role

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring optimal progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver top-notch care and foster strong relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers, empowering them to effectively assist their loved ones.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A current Washington SLP license, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students who have communication disorders, showcasing your ability to adapt and thrive in diverse environments.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is highly valued, but not required; we're eager to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
