We are a leading healthcare provider with two hospital campuses, a Level III Trauma Center, a Level III Special Care Nursery, a Breast Health Center, a Cardiovascular Center, over 20 locations and 50 specialties, offering many opportunities to grow your career.
As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg/Tele Unit, you will provide care to acute care patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and co-morbidities. Most common surgical patients are orthopedic, including total joint replacements and neurosurgical as well as GI/GU/GYN surgeries. These patients may require telemetry monitoring.
Unit Summary:
This 17-bed Med Surg/Tele Unit is a fast-paced environment that requires strong critical thinking and communication skills. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree in Nursing
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
- BLS certification is required
- ACLS certification is preferred
- Tele experience is preferred
- IV experience is preferred
