Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team at Monadnock Food Co-op. As a key member of our bakery team, you will assist our Baker in the operation of the bakery department, performing a variety of baking duties to provide customers with high-quality, delicious bread, rolls, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, doughnuts, biscuits, and other pastries.

• Assist the Baker in the preparation and production of baked goods
• Perform a variety of baking duties, including mixing, kneading, and baking
• Ensure high-quality products are produced and presented to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet customer demands and achieve sales goals
