  • Foster strong relationships with El Dorado Cantina staff to drive additional business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with the network to stay updated on upcoming events and promotions.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of customers and team members.
  • Engage with customers throughout their visit, utilizing every opportunity to enhance their experience while adhering to service protocols.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the venue layout and seating arrangements, ensuring optimal table assignments as directed by management.

  • Collaborate with management, fellow hosts, and service staff to promptly address all customer inquiries and requests.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wine, and beer, is required.
  • Understanding of social media marketing is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Possession of all required work permits is mandatory.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Work Environment:
