Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Drive and operate trucks to transport goods and materials within the SW region of the US.
  • Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
  • Paperwork and Record Keeping: Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy and maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CDL: Class A CDL with a valid certificate from an accredited CDL school.
  • Experience: At least six months of OTR experience.
  • Age: 21 years or older.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, listening and verbal communication skills, and dependability.
Working Conditions

As a Regional CDL A Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work independently and make decisions quickly to ensure the safe transportation of goods and materials.

Compensation

Red Land Cargo offers a competitive compensation package, including a weekly salary of $1464 to $1525, and a 34 hour reset/48 hours home time schedule.
