About the Position:

This role is essential for ensuring optimal performance within our manufacturing environment. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring that production lines operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement necessary repairs while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate their activities to ensure effective workflow.

• Develop and uphold procedures for routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

• Identify and manage critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.

• Oversee general maintenance of the production facility and finished goods storage.

• Conduct all activities in accordance with company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety codes and standards, promoting a safe working environment.

• Maintain effective communication with management, supervisors, and team members.

• Alert management to any issues that may compromise quality or safety standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.

• Experience in high-speed bottling operations is essential.

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with a collaborative approach to working with production management.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership and management capabilities.
