We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in the Elkhart, IN area. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting with legal tasks, including litigation preparation, compliance, and contract drafting and negotiation.

• Assist with litigation preparation, including document review and organization
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization

• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment
• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• Certified Paralegal Certification is preferred
• Understanding of legal terminology and principles
