About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or similar roles, with a strong understanding of customs compliance.

In this position, you will work closely with Purchasing and Planning to expedite reports to vendors and schedule deliveries.

  • You will oversee import/export requirements for selected vendors/clients and select and bid domestic and international freight forwarders/carriers/brokers.
  • Your responsibilities will include tracking containers, printing documents, and updating SAP on ETA for each container.
  • You will stay up-to-date on Customs Compliance rules and regulations and handle quoting of air freight.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
