Restoration Specialist

PuroClean of Wakefield is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our restoration services.

• Manage customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Effectively perform all aspects of the production process, including managing customer expectations and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Regularly maintain and organize vehicles, equipment, and assets to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with direct supervisors to ensure team unity and efficiency, and adhere to all uniform and policy guidelines as outlined in the Brand Identity Guide.
• Ensure all jobsites are left in a clean and orderly condition, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all aspects of the job.
• Develop production expertise through continuous learning and growth, and maintain clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisors, and fellow technicians.

• Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating effectively.
• Awareness and respect for safety protocols, using caution and care when interacting with teammates and customers.

• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
