You will play a vital role in serving meals to our residents, as meal times and quality nutrition are integral to their well-being. These are Part-Time, benefit-eligible positions primarily during Daytime hours, specifically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Starting Pay: $16.31 per hour, with potential for higher wages based on experience.

There is a potential for cross-training in cooking roles for candidates interested in career advancement. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities of a Nutritional Services Assistant:

  • Collaborate within the team to deliver high-quality and nutritious meals to residents.
  • Assist in food preparation and serving meals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dietary department.
  • Wash dishes and ensure the kitchen and dining areas are tidy.
  • Support residents, staff, and guests with various dietary requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and families.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications for a Nutritional Services Assistant:

  • Willingness to be cross-trained in other food service areas (including cooking).
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to instructions.
  • Capability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Selected candidates must pass background checks.
