Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Cardiovascular Unit Manager. This position is responsible for the practice management, operations, and coordination of the day-to-day clinical and business activities for high volume, multi-specialty, and/or multi-disciplinary sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing, hiring, supervision, discipline, and staff development
  • Capital and operational budget oversight/management
  • Efficient utilization of resources
  • Developing policies and procedures
  • Management of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Five (5) years of related experience required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous ambulatory experience preferred
