Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for creating a home away from home for our guests by meticulously cleaning and arranging every detail of their room. You will also be responsible for maintaining sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a clean and welcoming environment for guests by thoroughly cleaning and preparing rooms.
  • Maintain public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies, making each stay personalized and special.
  • Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements
