About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Veterinarian Officer to join our team. As a Senior Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading and establishing a vision for the practice team. You will have the opportunity to set standards of care/protocols for medical and surgical areas, perform medical duties, and maintain practice growth while reviewing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and establish a vision for the practice team
  • Set standards of care/protocols for medical and surgical areas
  • Perform medical duties, including diagnosing, performing surgery, and treating patients
  • Maintain practice growth and review financial reports
  • Work collaboratively with the practice manager for administrative management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state
  • Soft tissue surgery and dentistry experience preferred

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
