**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor.
+ Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
+ Prepare and serve light meals and snacks as needed.
+ Assist with medication management, as directed by the nurse.
+ Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, including cleaning and organizing living spaces.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred.
- Six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist patients with mobility issues.
- Basic life support training required.
