We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/Installer Specialist to join our team at SMI Custom Cabinets and Millwork.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly of cabinets and components
- Milling hardwood for face frame, doors, glue ups etc
- Installation of hardware and hanging fronts with both euro and mortised hinges
- Milling and fabrication of frame and panel doors
- Familiarity/prior experience with CNC, edge bander, shapers, rip saw, moulder
- Reliable, honest, and a go-get-it attitude
- 2+ years of verifiable experience in high-end custom cabinet/woodworking
- Able to drive
- Experience with modern equipment and traditional machines
- Ability to read and build off of plans from start to finish
What We Offer:
- 10K sq foot shop with modern equipment
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
- M-F work week from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Saturdays (overtime as required)
- 1 week vacation
- 3 paid sick days
