Ironworker Scaffold Specialist

Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Ironworker Rigger Multi-Craft Professional to join our team. As a key member of our industrial manpower resources team, you will be responsible for providing specialized craft field services to industrial facilities, contractors, power plants, and major equipment OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erecting scaffolding and rigging systems for steel structure installation
• Placing anchor bolts and aligning framing members to ensure structural integrity
• Moving and installing machinery and structural members with precision and care
• Disassembling and reassembling production lines to meet client needs
• Interpreting structural prints and diagrams to inform project decisions
• Fabricating structural members to meet project specifications

Requirements:

• Must possess a complete set of ironworker millwright/rigger trade tools
• Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics and structural drawings
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and its safe operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
