Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to property loss situations and mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures.

• Water Damage Mitigation: Extract water from affected areas and implement measures to prevent further damage.
• Structural Repair: Board up and secure damaged structures to prevent further damage and ensure public safety.
• Content Restoration: Clean and restore damaged contents, including furniture, electronics, and other personal belongings.
• Microbial Remediation: Identify and eliminate microbial growth in affected areas.
• Field Management: Supervise temporary labor personnel and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Criminal Background Check: Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to Work On-Call: Be available to work on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in the restoration industry or maintenance field is preferred.
