Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Earthbound Trading Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer relationships, inventory control, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Relationships: Drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the sales floor is staffed with a high-performing sales team, and the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle banking responsibilities, manage store budgets, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and customer service skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, dependable transportation, and self-motivation skills.
  • Personality: Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can-do attitude.
