Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize or release electronic fund transfers within banking platforms and treasury management systems.
- Document daily banking transactions and maintain reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Conduct daily reconciliations for various managed fund accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with banking partners as necessary to support effective cash management and payment processes.
- Utilize and maintain the treasury management system.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in private credit, is preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Availability to work during standard business hours.
