Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crisis program, you will provide crisis intervention and assessment of clients, determining their needs and making recommendations for appropriate care. You will also be responsible for clinical supervision of assigned staff, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, independent licensure, and at least five years of experience as a therapist. You will be licensed in Nebraska and Iowa or willing to obtain both licenses. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and assessment of clients
  • Conduct clinical supervision of assigned staff
  • Develop and implement intervention plans with client participation
  • Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other community resources
  • Conduct follow-up with clients and law enforcement to ensure needs are met
  • Track and document required contract data information
  • Complete all case documentation for clinical and billing purposes
