Job Summary

As a Hospitality Ambassador at Marriott, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. You will be on your feet and moving around, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clean work areas and supplies, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
