Join Our Team as a Nurse in Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
