Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dasmen HR LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Prepare Vacant Units: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning.
  • Assist with Preventive Maintenance: Assist in the development and implementation of an annual Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure the longevity of our properties.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including replacing worn or defective parts, and maintaining and repairing buildings' plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Assist with Grounds Maintenance: Assist with maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds, including cutting grass, trimming weeds, and digging flower beds.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Must have good communication skills with the general public, and be able to operate tools such as a power drill, power saw, pressure washer, lawn mower, and other tools normally used in the duties of this job.
  • Certifications and Licenses: HVAC Certification REQUIRED.
