About the Role

This is a full-time day position (7 am to 7 pm) that comes with a $7500 sign-on bonus and amazing benefits. As a Med/Surg Renal LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with renal conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
