Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider to provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with behavioral health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field required.
  • Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required.
  • NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
