We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator Lead. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our service programs, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and guides program staff to assess clients' strengths and needs in relevant development areas through observation and assessment tools, and in accordance with APluscare guidelines.
  • Supervise support and service program supervisors to facilitate desired positive outcomes for clients served.
  • Conducts weekly program visits and supervision with program supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Valid Driver's License. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) investment package, and bonus checks.
