- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication files and medical records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Participate in life enrichment activities and programs, encouraging resident engagement and socialization.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current state Certified Medication Tech (CMT/CMA) license.
- Current state CNA license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, including medication administration in a community setting.
- Experience with Memory Care is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
