As a Registered Nurse at Edward Hospital, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, delivering high-quality healthcare services in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units including Labor & Delivery, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Cardiac Telemetry.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position requiring 36 hours per week.
- Day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Weekend commitment of every third weekend and participation in a rotating holiday schedule.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois RN license is required.
- CPR/BLS certification from an accredited organization.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is mandatory; candidates with an Associate's Degree must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay scale starting at $34 to $52.70 per hour, commensurate with experience.
