We are seeking a highly skilled Hair Stylist and Barber to join our team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Parker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive staff who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and growing their business.

The ideal candidate will have a valid, current state license and strong communication skills. A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest hair cutting techniques is essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive hourly guarantee or a 5-tier service commission schedule that pays between 42-50% of sales. Retail commission is also available through a 5-tier schedule that pays per item sold. In addition to these benefits, we provide continuing education on a bi-monthly basis to keep your skillset sharp and an apprentice program for newly licensed professionals.
