**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an assisted living or memory care setting. As a LPN, you will provide direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
**Requirements:**
* Current Georgia LPN license required
* Previous experience in an assisted living or memory care setting preferred but not required
