Position Title: Manufacturing Equipment Operator
Join our dynamic Assembly Department as a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, where you will be responsible for the operation of various processing and packaging machinery, including scales, labeling machines, sealing devices, pumps, and filtration units.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing a computer interface to accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure the correct materials and quantities are utilized in production batches.
- Calibrating and operating both semi-automated and fully automated manufacturing systems.
- Conducting in-process sampling and testing to confirm that production batches meet established specifications.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory procedures.
- Maintaining equipment and laboratory conditions to meet operational standards.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Completing and maintaining Quality Records in line with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in packaging and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in operating processing and packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of calibration processes for semi-automated and automated systems.
- Experience with in-process sampling and testing methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to SOPs.
- Commitment to safety compliance.
Work Environment:
This position requires full on-site engagement. You will be actively involved in operating various manufacturing and packaging equipment, with significant interaction with computer systems to ensure quality and compliance. The role necessitates strict adherence to SOPs and safety practices, maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards, and may involve additional responsibilities as assigned. Attention to detail and compliance with defined procedures are essential, with general guidance provided for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
