Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Speech-Language Pathologist Aide to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the speech and language development of students within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, following the treatment strategies outlined by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Assist in the execution of screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students in need of speech and language support.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to create and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Keep precise records of student progress and actively participate in team discussions regarding student achievements.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Possession of a valid SLPA license in the relevant state or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with school-aged children is advantageous.
