Job Description
As a Group Home Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program. Your responsibilities will also include providing support to individuals receiving services, such as assistance with daily activities like meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are split between providing direct support, professional activities, and supervision. Additionally, you will facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years related work experience with social services or a behavioral health population, be at least 18 years old, and possess a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance for one year without a permit. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained are also required.
