We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated CNA/Certified Nursing Assistants and PCA's/Personal Care Assistants to join our team of caregivers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support services to clients in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Escort clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote socialization and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

  • CNA certification or equivalent experience
  • PCA certification or equivalent experience
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Current TB test within 9 months
  • Current BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
