**Job Summary**

As a Lead Valet Person with River Gaming Enterprises, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist valet personnel during busy periods, ensuring the smooth operation of our services

• Ensure the safety and well-being of valet staff, providing regular breaks and hydration

• Maintain accurate records of accidents and incidents, and complete necessary paperwork

• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and resolving any issues that may arise

• Participate in the selection and training of new employees

• Assist patrons with vehicle issues, including dead batteries and flat tires

• Process paperwork, including punch detail reports and leave requests

• Cash out runners with their tips and perform other administrative duties

• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality

• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and 6-12 months of supervisory experience

• Current AZ Driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check

**Working Conditions**

As a condition of employment, all new hires must pass a pre-employment alcohol/drug test and background check. This role requires working in a smoking environment and maintaining a Drug-Free Workplace.
