Floral Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team at Dillons. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their floral needs, designing and creating beautiful arrangements, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Design and create floral arrangements and other items to fill customer orders, using a variety of flowers, plants, and materials
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the floral department and surrounding areas
• Assist with decorating and merchandising the department, including creating visually appealing displays and arranging merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
